    The good thingsThe company offers a flexible work-from-home (WFH) setup, which has greatly supported work-life balance and productivity. Additionally, they provide an excellent HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) package that covers a wide range of medical services, ensuring peace of mind and well-being for employees. These benefits show the company's commitment to both employee flexibility and health.
    The challengesI don't like that I haven't experience the perks and free Ice creams on site. Excited to travel to Manila and experience being onsite.

    An excellent workplace, attractive compensation and remote work.
    The good thingsConnectOS provides an excellent work environment with a flexible work-from-home or hybrid setup, competitive pay, accommodating and friendly HR/recruitment support, and thorough training for VAs before client assignments.
    The challengesNone so far. Having been with the company for three months and with five years of work experience overall, I can confidently say this is the best company I’ve worked for.

    The good thingsOne of the best things working here is the flexibility in working remotely. The transition to remote work was seamless. As long as deliverables are met, the company gives complete flexibility, which helps in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

    The good thingsTrainings were provided and very helpful to my role. Good equipment, competitive salary, good benefits and working-from-home is what the company offers. Work-life balance is real since I started working here.
