    The good thingsOne of the things I truly appreciate about working with ConnectOS is how they empower transparent and direct communication between clients and employees. It’s refreshing to be part of an organization that values open collaboration and doesn’t micromanage interactions
    The challengesWhile the helpdesk portal is organized, it can be a bit slow for urgent concerns, often taking 1–2 business days to get a response. The absence of a real-time messaging platform like Microsoft Teams or Slack makes it challenging to quickly escalate or clarify issues.
