During events they exclude them. There's a time that some external employees invited in a event but the food and table are different from the internal or direct hired employees.
The good thingsNone. They didn't treat right the external employees
The challengesThey have no diversity and inclusion even though they were always say in there core values. HR and management are so toxic.

    Good Work Life Balance, Multicultural
The good thingsMain priority of the company is health and safety. Thus, programs are focused on improving employee’s well being. Some of the programs include quarterly health check, after work workout, medicine allowances, etc. Bosses are mostly expats so expect multicultural learning.
The challengesBe prepared for volatility of the cement industry.

great benefits but with management and work culture issues
The good thingsWork life balance. Great benefits and salary. Gives a lot of training and certifications needed for the role with no bond. Gives opportunities to travel depending on the role. Will recommend for those looking for a company to be able to retire. Be able to work with different races depending on role. Work ethic of foreign resources is great. Has many activities planned out for the year and values health and safety.
The challengesFlat organization. Promotion is highly dependent on tenure and not results based. Career ladder is vaguely set out - no clear path for goals as to when you'll be promoted - not quantified objectively. Company politics is felt especially for some departments. Change management for local resources' work ethic/culture is highly needed.
