    The challengesThe Management is inconsiderate. The annual survey is no use. A lot of systems are implemented that are not connected to each other so you have to do a lot of things repeatedly. They will only promote you and give you an increase when you are already decided to leave the company.

    The challengesThe more challenging I experienced in CMC is when we work on transitioning the old HRIS System to new upgraded system. We work on overtime just to meet all the deadlines and deliverable. I believe that with experienced and knowledge I gained here in the company, I would become more competitive and confident individual as move forward.

    The good thingsI had experienced about having a family in this family which are also students like me in a same school, yes i am working in Concerted Management Corporation as a Filling Clerk at the same time, i am a student/scholar of this company, for now i am allocated in Caloocan City my home work based, and i had assigned to managed clerical works for internship students of Global Reciprocal Colleges which is my enrolled schools, so i`m happy with my status in this company that while i'm working i am studying with my colleges.
    The challengesSince i was working here at almost 4 years as filling clerk and some to be graduate, i acquired a lot of knowledge especially on administering, organizing, leading to company interns, and this skills and knowledge are elevated while i am studying, I exhaust about working under Clerical and found out that i am no more challenge about the assignments given by the company, i am seeking for new challenging jobs that giving me a new knowledge, motivation, family and friends.

    My First Job
    The good thingswow, I enjoy working here in CMC because of my co-employees. And I got the experienced in corporate world as well as experienced in using the SAP system. All departments are working together and aiming to hit the quota for the year. I mostly loved the experienced here on how to properly show the manner as an employee or how to work with other people and accepting job duties. Thank you
    The challengesThis is thing that make me quit about the job. Because I've been assigned in so much department with different works, that I realized is not right. I do the job of a employee higher than me, I do checking of emails, answering phone calls doing inventory checking aside from my original duties which are encoding the sales of the company.
