    Will you stop asking for experience in an entry - level jobs?
    The good thingsI'm going to figure that out when I get hired by this company.
    The challengesWhy do you want an experienced Admin Assistant if that kind of job can be done by fresh graduates and inexperienced people? Aren't you willing to train and develop people in order to do their jobs? Will you stop asking for unrealistic qualifications on such an entry level job? Or you just want a person who can hit the ground running without any prior training. How could you!

    Some of the Managers are great
    The good thingsSome managers are great. They are more than just mentors. They coach you but they also let you own your project.
    The challengesThe true colors of this company showed during the COVID-19 crisis. They put us on forced leave but they required us to work. They're demand and requirements were unreasonable. Process is bad. Even the decision makers don't have firm decisions. Such a waste of time and money.

    The good thingsCCAC gave me the opportunity to level-up my skills in terms of planning & analysis. They enhanced my business acumen & gave me the opportunity to work with the top level management team. I worked with professionals who had varying experience from top notch multinational companies. I was able to observe their best practices, pick up from their strategies & experience their good governance.
    The challengesSince CIC is relatively young in terms of being a publicly listed company. They have their own struggles such as 1) organizing their team to serve their shareholders 2) upgrading their accounting system 3) motivating their employees. In my opinion, the company should improve their business process efficiency, and improve their health benefits.
