    Fulfilling work but salary range can be improved
    The good thingsStarting as an agent of Convergys, the company was later integrated with Concentrix. Within six months, I became a Program Ready Trainer and after another six months, I got promoted to Senior Trainer. What made me grateful was the ability to work from home starting in 2020 until I left in 2022. Working with different program managers and learners had been pleasant experiences.
    The challengesIt took time to get answers to common HR questions. The training department also took care of equipment deployment, which had been a challenge for huge ramps. IT support is limited. Salary is relatively low.

    Great people. Great food!
    The good thingsThe trainees and the SME's were some of the friendliest. There is a wealth of choices near the food stands.
    The challengesThe nature of the job expects you to learn the system and the spiels quickly during the six-week training period. Achieving sales during a call is an expected quota metric for success.

    The challengesWe were loaned to a different account for a month but good thing is the pay was maintained and we were returned to our account promptly after a month. But at the start of the pandemic (March 15, 2020), our site (shaw blvd) could not even deliver work from home computers and were instructed to pick them up from the office.

    So many management issues, and they don't care about their employees because we're replaceable

    Love your job and everything will follow.
    The good thingsI love working with everyone. I get to meet different people everyday. I earn my own money for a living. Going to work makes me a better as I am learning things everyday. I learn how to manage time and learn how to value it too.
    The challengesWorking on a graveyard shift is not that easy but I'm already getting used to it and starting loving it because I more time for other things specially my kids.
