    Good for startup.
    The good thingsYou will be exposed to programming at the same time, you will be able to learn hardware. They are not strict in work.

    No work life balance, poor management, low salary
    The good thingsThe bond that the employees share.
    The challengesThey don't really care for their employee. No health benefits aside from the mandatory HMO (PhilHealth). Most of the time you'll be forcibly work even on your day offs due to very limited staff availability. They don't see what their employee needs. No room for career growth since you'll be only doing POS tasks every day, no trainings being provided by the company. No annual salary raise
