Challenging but a good work experience
The good thingsAllowances and on-time salary. Good working environment and very supportive teams. Oracle Database training
The challengesApart from the 3-year contract bond, a challenge was Quality Assurance career development opportunities beyond the initial QA training. Skills development heavily relied on knowledge sharing by experienced team members most of the time, although trainings were provided by the company occasionally.

    Good company for entry level
The good thingsProvides stable job and deployment. Provides adequate training to new hires. Good company if you are just starting or shifting your career.
The challengesThe bond is quite long for a basic training provided. Did not have advanced trainings. Unfortubately, the company is not very pro-employee.

CPI is like a home to me
The good thingsWhat I liked the most is that I can have balance with my life and my job. Tasks can be challenging at times but the environment, people and the company as a whole is very welcoming and that what makes me feel at ease - it's like a home. There are still rooms for improvement but all in all, I am happy to be here.
The challengesIn my honest opinion, I would say personal and technical growth for employees, it perhaps lacks of momentum. And of course it is the employee's responsibility to work extra to improve himself but with company's engagement, it can boosts the motivation and that fuels better results.

    Honest Review for CPI
The good thingsThey train you for skills that would help you in the job. You would either be deployed or be at Headquarters and contribute to CPI projects. CPI is a good training ground for everyone in all fields who would love to start a new career in IT because they don't discriminate in hiring, whether you are from a prestigious school or not. They currently train in Oracle and Java.
The challengesProbably more in the aspects of salary. Granted that one can actually be hired without being skilled in software development. It would really make a huge difference if one's tenure can contribute to an increase that is significantly competitive in the IT industry.
