    Poor and toxic management
    The good thingsworkmates are fun to work with
    The challengestoxic management, poor communication, low salary 8k per month lol. no health benefits, outdated resources (computers etc..) AND HEAVY WORK LOAD!!!! employees' effort are not well compensated. took advantage of their employees' skills and knowledge without any compensation.

    There are no other benefits aside from paid leaves and Gov't benefits which are required to all companies.

    The challengesThey had to transfer me to other department to help. Just because they lack manpower. But, I can say it is my edge now.
