Lots of work but low salary
The good thingsFlexi hours. They let you wear your attitude, color your hair rainbow for all they care! - just look pro when facing the clients, of course. You'll learn a lot from the managers. Friendly co-workers. Weekends off. Tons of opportunities for career development.
The challengesLow salary. Terrible task delegation. Poor HR management. Sometimes, the criticism about your work hits its toll on your mental health. Lack of coordination from some departments. Lots of overtime without pay. You're expected to work even on weekends and holidays (sometimes it's just minimal work tho).

Generally Good People But Stressful Work Culture
The good things- Most people are friendly even outside of work - Young and smart environment - Not too stern management. Not strict when it comes to dress code - Encourages everyone to speak up and do their best. - Smart but not competitive workmates. You will learn a lot from them! In my opinion, this company is perfect for freshgrads. - Has Friday game night!
The challenges- Low salary. Minimal increase after 6 months. - No work-life balance - Some bosses have toxic tendencies when it comes to giving feedback. - Too much workload - Lack of manpower - HR department doesn't have a sense of urgency. You usually have to wait for a day or two (even weeks!) to get a response. - Terrible equipment. You'll have to make do of slow, sometimes literally wrecked, laptops. Really not ideal for a fast-paced environment. - Difficult to file for overtime (during my stay, we usually did overtime without pay) - Sometimes you get asked to work over the weekend - Some departments don't get recognized for a job well done. Usually, only people who face the clients get praised even if the project is a team effort. (I know this is not required but come on! Is it that hard to say "thank you"?)

    Up and Coming Agency
The good thingsNot your typical PR Agency. People have solid communications foundation which allows them to experiment with ideas. Very down to earth and open minded owners.
The challengesThe tasks can be challenging. You need to be on your toes especially when dealing with clients. But the company provides support like mental health programs.

    Good Work, Great People
The good thingsThe culture is very positive and it is a fun environment. New ideas are encouraged and implemented. I also love the office setup and vibe. All the employees are intelligent, fun to work with, and passionate about their work. I think this is the most significant factor that makes Indeed a great place to work.
The challengesI only wish the pay was a bit higher. Because of this, I doubt if I will be able to work here for very long. But for the time being, I'm enjoying learning new things and picking up a few skills.
