    The good thingsEncoding applicants, preparing reports, basic computer troubleshooting, other office functions like printing banner in bond paper instead of tarpaulin.
    The challengesYou have to work beyond 8 hours if needed. The overwork pay is not worth it. The Election law is so very inconsistent. Election laws is not my forte.

    At first it’s so difficult on how to analyze the malfunction of the machine but later on you will learn that it’s kind of enjoying on how to troubleshoot the machine.

    The good thingsassisting those senior citizens, people with disability (PWD), and those illiterate (does'nt know how to read and write) in filling up their registration form. on the other hand, i love the kindness of my co-workers specially our election officer (head).
    The challengesbased on my own experience, the challenging situation i had encountered in working for that company (COMELEC) is that, there's few who are very hard-headed, not following the instruction but then, as a public servant, i still managed myself to be nice in assisting them.
