    The good thingsThe culture is very positive.Employees treat each other like family/friends but knows how to meet the expectation when it comes to their job. Almost everyone knows everybody which makes you feel comfortable even on your fist day at work.
    The challengesWell it is a positive challenge. Like any other company, you will have to have an adjustment period. As with Comglasco you need to do it quick due to the demands of the job. You will have to be a sponge to transition really quick.
