    The good thingsIt has been a valuable and great experience both career-wise and personally. The company offers fast growth and accelerated advancement for those who work hard and bring fresh ideas. New initiatives are always welcomed and supported, especially when well-presented and backed by clear reasoning.

    The challengesManagement. Poor Management. Supervisor is untrained, inexperienced, and has less knowledge of his work + boomers are sooooo outdated. They’re too late on digital marketing, as competitors are already starting to explore digitalization.

    It was quiet good start for a fresh graduate.
    The good thingsI learned a lot from my company, it was a good start. As this is my first job, it's not bad nor hard for me because there's a lot of people who could help you learn and get you out of your shell. I learned so much things in here and I'm so grateful with my employer and co-employees.
