Overall, great career development. People are fun to be with at work. The good thingsThe company offers various benefits and compensations for the employees. I was given the opportunity to be included in their overseas travel incentives (Australia and Greece). They recently expanded their HMO benefits so now my mother is also getting the same perks as I do. We're also given life insurance which is a plus, I guess, as not all employers provide this. I've also learned a lot in the company for several years. I was nurtured and honed to have and build my own team (needless to say, they recognize hard work). Additionally, the company is on a hybrid work setup.
The challengesI can say nothing, as I think all companies have their fair share of good and bad. Besides, the industry lets you explore a lot of things. It's not really for the weak.
