    The challengesWe'll as a first time employed in a corporate company, the challenges I encounter was to deal with client need. but as the time goes by and by the supervision of my heads I overcome it.

    Stressful but fun
    The good thingsStaffs are friendly and very accommodating. The staffs has a work life balance since some employees are not required to have an OT (regular ones). Contractual may have the freedom to have an OT or not.
    The challengesCompany's policy is not strictly implemented and the system is quite chaotic. Employees are not that appreciated enough for what they can bring or contribute to the company.

    The good thingsThe employees are fun and happy people to be with. They treated me like I'm not an intern. They are always willing to help and teach new things to the people around them.
    The challengesSalary is low. Interns are also not given allowances.

    The good thingsYou can travel for free and you'll get a chance to talk to those children who are not capable to go to the city. who walks 5km a day. And if you are born with a silver spoon on your mouth and work here, now, I guarantee you, you'll start to appreciate your education. And you'll tell that teachers are real heroes. ❤❤
    The challengesIt is also a risky job. You'll take a very long ride, from the city to isolated areas. You'll also take habal-habal coz sometimes it is the only transportation you have. And sometimes you have to walk 5-8km all by your self together with the laptops where sometimes, you'll get a chance to meet and greet NPA's. Hahahaha see?

    Incredible and shocking
    The good thingsEmployer give so much promises, used very nice words but all just in words. There were so many vacancies in all departments when I entered, in just one year of stayed still so many vacancies because people come now and gone tomorrow. Once they see the real situation inside the next step is to back out or to resigned.
    The challengesEverything are challenging, I started trouble shooting all the problems in Warehouse, Admin and Logistics. No system at all for the past 20 years that the company exist. The company hired consultant and after few months the consultant resigned. Most of the employees stayed for few months only. This is the reason why they have continuous hiring of staffs.
