The challengesThe mandatory overtime of three hours per day, on top of the required 6 working days per week was a heartbreaker. Basically, you have no life. You don't also have the opportunity to choose your day off. The pre-employment orientation wasn't helpful enough. The workplace could use a huge improvement in terms of personnel space and facilities.
