Working in Columbia is fun and full of surprises!
The good thingsThe good things are having smart and work driven colleagues. The Management's vision is to prioritize long term goals. Employees are given responsibilities relatively in their careers. Strong culture makes it fun to work here. My Manager was great and supportive. It is really a great company. New employees are looking up to superiors who have been working for the company for a decade and still counting. This mindset attracts, motivates and encourages them to stay and to learn more. Salaries and benefits wise. They have annual salary increase and also incentives. They provide career path development in order to promote skills and knowledge advancement. Rank and file up to managerial position are all given a chance to showcase their capabilities in all aspects of the job. I am currently employed and have been working for 2 years and still counting. Overall working experience here is a great opportunity.
The challengesIt is really overwhelming at first but it gets better! It was very hard at first learning everything at once. And you naturally feel pressured to know everything right away , but with me it all gets better.

Columbia Foods - An Honest Review
The good thingsFor one, is you get to see first hand how food manufacturing works. This gives you the idea how other companies in other food product lines. You get to interact with production people, interact with them as well as learn from them, especially from those who have been in the industry for quite some time.
The challengesThe mandatory overtime of three hours per day, on top of the required 6 working days per week was a heartbreaker. Basically, you have no life. You don't also have the opportunity to choose your day off. The pre-employment orientation wasn't helpful enough. The workplace could use a huge improvement in terms of personnel space and facilities.

    Memorable Sales Experience
The good thingsSo much fun and travel anywhere in Luzon areas. I learned a lot of the job made me a professional. Even though the benefits are low but the experienced are great. The people around the company are nice as well as my seniors, they taught me a lot of good stuff and fun while working and that is the essence of working in a company that gives you a memorable one but we need new challenge to be better.
The challengesI've done my part as a committed worker to perform the job with my best effort and capability. I always meet new people, offering and persuade them to patronize the products or services we offered, and that is the challenging part of my job, since the products we have is fast moving consumer good, I find no difficulty to sell them because the market is already there. Just push as hard as you can.
