    The challengesHigher-ups have no concerns with the employees, Too much workload and they're expecting no overtime. What a joke! Glad I came out earlier or I will succumb to stressed and health issues due to this company.

    The job/tasks here will give you additional knowledge to your career and will give you positive work experience. However, this company really has poor management and poor employee appreciation.
    The good thingsThere is minimal micro management here which is a good thing because micro management tends to cause people to get anxious which may result to errors in the tasks.
    The challengesThe work/tasks are average and can be done especially when focused to it. But sadly, the management does not appreciate employees well. Very poor appreciation to employees in terms of promotion and increase. It does not offer any bonuses.

    The good thingsI enjoy worked here because I learn new things especially in Accounts Payable. Our team leader taught me how to be professional in working and they don't want me just to photocopy the documents they want me to know how to process the invoices and how to deal with minor issues.
