    The good thingsI like the environment, schedule and worklife. In terms of job, average enough to boost my graphic designing skill but somehow I am aiming for more multimedia related (videography, photography, video/photo edits) to push me through my limits and practice my skills of being multimedia artist.

    Not all Big Corporations Are worth working for
    The good thingsThere were a lot of opportunities and challenges in the job. I recommended several options but fell on deaf ears. There were several opportunities but management did not take advantage of this. I wanted to grow with the company but became frustrated before I could do this.
    The challengesAdvertising should have more Filipino flavor and more activities should have been done than just meetings.

    The good thingsOne of the most professional people, culture driven, consumer-focus, company oriented and most of all managing with respect.
    The challengesThe outside competition is the most challenging. You have to think ahead and use insight more frequently. However, due to lean organization, you have to carry a lot of workload that you have to balance both work and life. In work, you have to think also you people under you, your customer and consumer that sometimes, you spend so much time in work and less in life.
