    Approachable bosses and sincerely values clients and spreading financial literacy
    The good thingsThe bosses seem intimidating at first but they're really approachable and helpful when you need help with work. You'll get a lot of insights from them and learn a lot about the industry. The company really wants to spread financial literacy and always thinks of ways to provide guidance to their clients when it comes to investing/trading/finance in general. The workload is generally manageable. Work-life balance is pretty good and most people are nice and easy to get along with. There are also fun external/internal events throughout the year and good standard benefits.
    The challengesThe company needs to provide more training for specific roles or options for career growth. It also needs to make internal processes more efficient/streamlined. It would help if the company was more willing to make changes and also if they could prioritize upgrading its client-facing system to keep up with competitors.

    Great Culture and Good People
    The good thingsI like the culture in COL Financial, employees are accommodating and experts in their field. Management is very approachable and there are opportunities for career and personal growth. What I like best is the work life balance which even management promotes to employees.
    The challengesThe only challenge I would be waiting for approval for certain projects or budget since it has to go through different levels which is understandable in any company.
