    The good thingsPeople are easy to work with. Management are transparent and repect their employees. Benefits are extented to the family. Work hours are very flexible. All departments are very supportive. Concerns are being acted upon as needed.
    The challengesDealing with partners of the brands. They have consultants outside the company that changes the standard of the brand without informing the franchisor.
