Not good in mental health, strict management and no consideration in this department
The good thingsBenefits like med reimbursement, food gathering and clothing allowance
The challengesFirst the retirement plan is not what you expected from the training discussions. Second, the salary is very low not worth it on your workloads. Third, the management is strict the leaders has no empathy has favoritism and hard to communicate in regards of leaves. No work life balance in this dept.

The salary is fair enough to sustain your daily life and your working arrangement is very good but the increases and opportunity to grow depend on your eagerness to learn something new.

I actually present an Investment and Insurance product to various client and big companies.
The good thingsMy Employer, COCOLIFE is giving us the best benefit and good relationship with co-employees, and as for the client they well trained us how to manage and guide our clients to give them the best Investment and Insurance that they will ever had. We also go out of the country if ever we hit our target or goal for production in sales.
The challengesThe things that should be more improve is the salary appraisal and the schedule of promotion, because in our department the promotion is too slow, and also the budget for marketing should improve more.

    challenging
The good thingsThe good things about my past work were gaining more experience in planning, interviewing, validating and reporting that lead me to enhance my versatile skill in working with co-employees. furthermore, the experience was great and gives me the interest to open a chance to seek other knowledge in seeking other companies to contribute and enhance more my skills and adopt what others companies skills to share with.
The challengesWhat I did not enjoy is sometimes work were not belong in our mandate.

Good working place & not strict. People are approachable and easy to get along with
The good thingsThe environment was good and we wore corporate attires in the office, the people are friendly and easy to approach especially our supervisors. The food at the canteen is good, their rice costs 4 pesos only. I learned so much during my stay in Cocolife, they gave us chances in handling issues from workers through phone calls. I tried new things that weren't related to my career path and because of that I gained knowledge to the other side of my course as an IT.
The challengesNo allowance for intern trainees

Cocolife is a company for learning and growth
The good thingsCocolife helps me to pass the basic LOMA exams (290 and 280) Cocolife teaches me to be financial literate. With Cocolife, I was able to invest for my future thru their Mutual Fund and E-Advantage (An investment with insurance exclusive for employees) Cocolife is a good company for improving my skills as an Internal Auditor.
The challengesLow starting salary. I think Cocolife should cut off its expenses from events and simple gatherings to compensate for what the employees need (higher salary) As an Internal Auditor, I can see the hard work and efforts of each individuals for the company to reach its goals and objectives, however, because of low salary, everyone seems to feel dissatisfied for what the company is giving in return. Top management should consider reconstructing the salary for Rank and File employees because they are the frontliners when it comes to giving profit for the company. We are big on goals but not big on serving internal customers (employees)
