    It was delightful, everyone is so helpful and approachable.
    The good thingsMy team guided me through my onboarding process. My tending supervisor understood that I am an intern and was very patient with me and my mistakes. It made me feel what I should expect in a real working environment. The internship didn't only teach me technical skills but also provided me with wisdom about how to navigate life.
    The challengesAlthough i was just an intern, I would've love to make a great contribution to ease the team's workload.

    The challengesTo provide a brief orientation or hands-on training on the company’s internal systems and tools at the beginning of the internship. This would help trainees understand the processes more quickly and perform their tasks with greater confidence.
