    The good thingsOnly the compensation and benefits. Top/Upper management are also reachable and more cultural diverse than the middle management.
    The challengesTerrible work culture and toxic environment. People are mostly traditional especially the tenure employees. Almost everyone expects you to work EVERYDAY beyond 8hrs without OT pay even on WEEKENDS. The high salary doesn't really matter if you work on this type of environment.
