Regarding My Two Months Stay In The Company.The good thingsThey would assigned you specific task if you would apply for the entry level. If you are a Business Management graduate and you have key competencies with Accounting Background or Secretarial Job, you would be assign as one of the Administrator staff, just in case they are hiring. If they are not hiring, they would just keep your resume as for their records. And, the training would be basic such as typing skills, encoding skills and issuing of invoices since you are on entry level.
The challengesIn my time, making mistakes in the tasks you were doing which is assigned to you by your Supervisor is intolerable. Even if you are just a newbie. So, if you are a fresh graduate, and you make lots of mistakes. And, this is your first job and need income ASAP since the head of the household could not provide income or your household could not get the other way around as alternative, it would be your misfortune. So, failure or mistakes is intolerable for the management.
