Area officers and workmates at NCR were great (SM North, Trinoma, Mega Mall). In other areas, not so much.
The good thingsI worked on the operations side, and the people are great. Workmates are very supportive, helpful, and kind.
The challengesYou can't say no to sudden changes and requests most of the time, as they are often understaffed and lack security in their stores. COE took 5 months for me to get, which is annoying. Some agencies affiliated with them are not good, research first before signing a contract.

Toxic company. Not worthy of time and effort to work at.
The good thingsSome good and approachable employees, flexi sched and shoes/bags benefits.
The challengesNo career development. Even before the pandemic it is already stressful and toxic working in the company. The employees works so hard but the management lacks so much on improving their support and handling their employees.

    Pleasant but minimal career development
The good thingsIf you're a female who likes bags and shoes, you'll enjoy the related benefits and allowances from the company. You will enjoy the events and the chances of winning their items. Location is in the business district in Ortigas as well so there are a lot of nearby establishments if you want to roam around for a lunch out or some after-work hangout. Flexible time schedule for back office employees as well. The team is great and works in harmony. Employees from other departments are approachable as well. Even the bosses are pleasant.
The challengesCareer development will be slow. The off-chance that some of the supervisory/management will resign might be the only chance to climb up the ladder. Also needs to evaluate employee workload and the compensation.

    Friendly environment. slow career growth
The good thingsFriendly management, good events, average benefits, fun place to work.
The challengesSlow career growth, managers sometimes do not really talk about subordinates, average salary, slow paced in terms of management. Not a work place for work/life balance, sometimes toxic or stressful work.

A not so competitive working experience. Its a large company but it lacks on giving more benefits and appreciation to its employees
The good thingsI worked with good people and they are approachable. Its a friendly working environment.
The challengesThe benefits are not that competitive. There is no accurate time of giving it. The company is not informative. Salary increase is not that high. Slow growth and development.

Interesting industry and great opportunity to learn on the job, but lacks people development
The good things- Top management is very kind. The owners have a passion for their business - You will learn a lot on the job and get a chance to be exposed to different sides of the business - Travel opportunities - It's fashion! Learn about upcoming trends and have opportunities to do site visits
The challenges- Low compensation & minimum benefits - Traditional way of doing business - There are difficult people to deal with, especially those who've been in the company for more than a decade - Lack of manpower, so sometimes you have to bite more than you can chew - Lack of training opportunities - Weekend work

You'll learn how to multi-task since you will be working beyond your job functions. Management motivates their employees well. Career advancement is very seldom and limited. Benefits and perks not really competitive
The good thingsYou'll be dealing with a lot of multi-tasking which is challenging and you will definitely learn a lot along the way. Colleagues are helpful, we rely on each other for motivation to succeed in our goals. Free merienda every friday
The challengesManagement is not systematic. Some job descriptions don't relate to your functions. Career advancement is very minimal and limited. Some takes 5-10 years to be promoted. Benefits and perks are not competitive enough

An end with a good start of something else
The good thingsI can say that the people I have worked with during my stay here are all approachable and nice. They have helped me in understanding and figuring how to work things out in the tasks.
The challengesThere should be a better system in giving memos to the employers about their work track in the company. So that in wouldn't be a shock if someone is already about to get fired from the company.

The good thingsThere so many things I enjoy in my current company. Like the environment, workplace, projects and etc. I learned and I am still learning a lot of things here in my current company. Every project that I am handling always boost my knowledge and skills and always feed me new learning. Yes I am enjoying my current job, but sometimes it gives me stress and of course I can handle my stress by playing.
The challengesSometimes there are few people want you to be down, I think because their envy or jealous for what I am doing, receiving and achieving. I think that's the most challenging thing I found in my current company. To avoid them I just ignore what they are saying about me.

Environment is good but employees has gap in every department.. We don't know each other. Need to improve communication skills and teamwork.
The challengesTime table, proper work loads, and proper communication, we don't have in our department. Need to improve.. Unfairly treatment on a manager - subordinates.
