It’s a family business. It’s chaotic inside the company because policies are so strict and change from time to time depending on the decision of top management. I resigned because i didn’t like my boss. My boss was like a monst3r. There's so much work pressure there. Like i was hired as a "one-man team"-so much workload--imagine that. If you want experience, apply here but if you want work-life balance, better go somewhere else!The good thingsIf you want experience/if you are a fresh graduate, apply here so you will learn many things.
