    The good thingsI love the work environment here. The CEO is very invested in the well-being and comfort of the employees, and there are loads of fun activities like Free Food Fridays and Social Fridays where we enjoy free food and drinks and have fun with our colleagues. I also love working with my teammates!
    The challengesAs we're expanding, the space is getting a little cramped. Also the working hours are slightly different, so it might be challenging to adjust on the first days.

    The good thingsLearning is the important things on this company, they appreciate your effort and they believe on your skill set and there's a lot of activities every months to cope up with other employees in the company.
    The challengesContinuous improving, they provide some training, not only for programming and others skill sets but also for your personal development. English are very common in the company, especially when some European bosses are here so it is also an advantages to improve your English proficiency.

    The good thingsFree food and unusual office perks.
    The challengesIn most cases, the HR will filter your concerns to the client. The company don’t have a deep technical background on what they are doing, so they will find it hard to understand a developers concern. But the good thing is they have a buddy system, and the buddy that they will assign to you is also a developer. Just don’t get your hopes up. If you end up on a bad client, leave or they will eat you.

    The good thingsThe employees are very friendly, approachable and good to share thought to each others. They applied the work-life balance method and it is nice to work here as a professional developer
    The challengesThe challenges here as a new hire is about adaptation of culture with this company. Most of bosses here are European so it is good to have a relationship and learn from their cultures.
