    A good company but with not so good boss
    The good thingsSalary is better than others. Upper management is approachable. 40 work hours per week.
    The challengesHire efficient and effective professionals. people who know how to listen to others who know better in their specific areas. people who are not biased. have a time frame for each goal and make sure that it is done on time.
