    Low employee benefits, some people are not in the right role
    The good thingsThere's option to work from home.. Free lunch and coffee
    The challengesTasks not equally divided that leads some employees to stressed and overworked.. employee benefits are low most especially to those on the entry level & executive.. unfair commendations, HR, Admin, Finance, IT, QA are not included on the monthly commendations that makes them feel their hard work's not paying off and feels somewhat unappreciated.. Confussing management structure!!!!!

    Good company!
    The good thingsThe company gives good pay, good benefits,they give you the opportunity to train and travel locally and internationally. Work from home option and off setting is a thing in the company. Good bunch of people! Supportive and fun loving diverse group of professionals.
    The challengesIt's still somewhat new to the industry. Stress can really creep up on you. The usual - deadlines abound and a lot of training is needed.
