The good thingsSome managers are approachable.

The challengesCompensation depends on the number of your output. Essays are seasonal. Sometimes, the work load or quota is too much while sometimes, there are no essays available.

The good thingsRegular performance-based incentives, really good income, semi-flexible working hours, and the people around you. Working at ClientCom is definitely good for an upstart career! :)

The challengesMental stress and the difficulty to really manage different kinds of essays. However, don't fret! Management will always be willing and ready to assist.
