    Great workplace to be in!
    The good thingsA company for empathetic, smart, professional, and competitive people. Clear cares about its employees. The working environment is inclusive, encouraging, and inspiring. Everyone's ideas are welcome. It was a really nice experience as I've grown and learned a lot both professionally and personally.
    The challengesWorking with Clear, I haven't had any major challenges. The stress with the work itself is just like what you'd expect in any company. Our teammates and superiors are very supportive so it's balanced out.

    The challengesIt's a small company. No guaranteed annual salary increase. internal and external trainings would've been nice.

    Great client poor management
    The good thingsPays good client is good
    The challengesThe problem is they dont have Proper management structure. The employees tend to pass their work load on others due to its a work from home set up the teamleader is not trained enough. The client is not getting their moneys worth and definitely will get better service from other BPO companies.

    No politics, No dramas
    The good thingsCLEAR is not a BPO where staff is treated as just one of the numbers. They treat their employees as adults and as professionals. Its a place where you won't second guess your abilities but will challenge you to be better. I like the culture, work might be stressful at times but the office vibe is not. People are easy to talk to and you wont feel alienated. It's not just about work. Management find time to add some fun at work regardless of their busy schedule. Management recognizes your potentials and put you forward for opportunities. They encourage internal hires for management and other internal positions. Higher Management put big trust in their people in running and making things work for both clients and employees.
    The challengesNot all companies are perfect. Big or small they have their own flaws but at least they try to improve. Its a work in progress.

    Not Just A Number
    The good thingsDay shift! and I get to rest over the weekends. It's like one big family. They treat their employees as people, not as numbers - they give opportunities for improvement. There are also opportunities for career growth if you play your cards right.
    The challengesIt's different from the usual western-based outsourcing as CLEAR services Australian based companies. But if you are open to change, then it wouldn't be hard to adapt in a different setting.

    The good thingsAn organization that espouses excellence, and not just about service delivery; also promotes development on both a professional and personal level. The core value of \"Better For Business\" embodies a holistic approach that covers all things beneficial to clients, employees, and the company. An added bonus: the cross-cultural environment opens up a window to a world of opportunities, as well as the privilege to work with (and learn from) remarkable counterparts from elsewhere in the world.
    The challengesThese past couple of years saw lots of changes in leadership and direction, and it would be awesome to see and feel the fruition of all the work put in by management intended to grow the business and bring in more opportunities for the staff.
