    The good thingsWhen you become an employee your not just an employee but a family. Believing in the saying that when you take care of your people, your people take care of you also.
    The challengesDoing different things at the same time being involve in everything makes you a better employee. It gives me a chance to be a better professional person in terms on how we deal with different people.

    The good thingsThe company has a young work force which makes everyday work more fun. Working here allowed me to be more creative and to think out of the box. The products they make are great and has good quality. The management is also easy to approach.
    The challengesWork can be very stressful at times because of the big workload. The management also has to work on coming up with a more concrete benefits package for their employees if they want to keep the good ones. All of their people are hard workers--but somehow lacking in training and discipline which makes some of the tasks/work more difficult.
