Should I say more challenges? Not enough space. The good things- Great for beginners in the ESL Field
The application process is easy. (though they wouldn't tell you what's REAL during the application)
- Students are nice
The challenges- Low pay given the number of classes even though it's a regular class.
- No teacher evaluation for career development, or salary increase. No appreciation at all, or monthly meetings. I didn't meet any teachers from here even the management.
- No work, no pay. No benefits. No 13th month pay. No paid leaves. No sick leave
- Work on PH holidays.
- Shouldn't be absent for more than once a month.
