    I missed my colleagues so much.
    The good thingsMy colleagues, they were just like family to me. They are so easy to work with. The management understands as well when it regards to personal reasons.
    The challengesDuring the pandemic, the on-site. But they made us a flexi-time work sched for us to be able to adjust well.

    The good thingsI like the core values in this company where employees support each other, open to change and reliable. The management also offers professional development programs/trainings if you are really serious in taking it. The boss is like a mentor and I learned a lot from him.
    The challengesWell, unlike other wfh companies, Clairmont is still conventional work set up. However, our time is flexible because of the pandemic so its not really a big deal.

    The good thingsThe Management is giving opportunity to its employees by exposing them to different facets of the company. You will feel welcome and colleagues are helpful. There is also a fast-paced process in attending to proposal and requests. The company has a number of upcoming projects and they have so much potential.
