    Challenging but a very good experience that had helped me grow a lot. Still in contact with my friends there and knowing the environment is much better than before makes me happy.
    The good thingsWe can directly discuss our concerns with the boss and they always hear us. I had a few close friends working there. I was challenged but able to bring it when I moved.
    The challengesThere are employees who think they are the owners. But luckily majority has already left. If you are looking for a challenge the company has a lot.

    There is no growth in this company. You will be stock and will have mental health issues due to management pressure.
    The good thingsYou will gain many friends in your department.
    The challengesLots of challenges. But, always remember you are working not because you want to earn money but because you want to have to gain knowlegde, skills, and new learnings. So, I must say. Don't ever try to apply here if you want to have a career growth.

    The good thingsThe HMO. Covid protocols. Good relationship with the employees. Happy together
    The challengesFiguring out how to be part of a new work culture can at times be frustrating. No trust from the management to get them on board with your ideas. Making mistakes. Disagreeable. Trouble Makers. Depression at work

    Theres no growth in your career here, if you have any idea or suggestion you better keep that because no one is right except to the management. Always remember you work not only to earn money but also to have a new learning and knowledge. But here you work in your own diskarte, train yourself
    The good thingsI enjoyed here just because of the good and funny people. Theres a family treat of your co employee, and the environment was very good.
    The challengesWhat Ive like most here is the challenges, you work as your own yourself , no training no new learning, no growth as employee as your position.
