The challengesPurchasing/procurement dept. Needs upgrading.. Admin & HR seems careless about giving benefits to their staff especially to those who resigned (July 30 2022).. My last Salary & other separation benefits has not been given until now.. 😔

The good thingsSince I only work as a part-time here, they treated me as a full time employee and as a family also.
The challengesI have to look for much greater pasture and stable work. Because I only work here as a partimer.

They will not look on how professional and excellent you are. If they feel intimated by your great skills, they will look for someone else they can easily control.
    The good thingsNone in particular
The challengesA lot. You have to act dumb so they can still reign mighty

    Fit Out Construction
The good thingsA small to medium type of construction company which has been trying to be more aggressive to create its own identity. Filling up or plugging various loopholes in terms of procedures to be able to be in control and audit employees as well as the operation of the company looking to become a bigger company. Company has been quite successful in landing some intelligent employees that contributes well
The challengesThe work is quite fast phased. Demands a focused worker to finish a project with a limited time aside from addressing the un-expected changes from the client. I should have been very demanding also as to delivery of what I need and stronger personality in terms of accepting other's explanations for non delivered requirements.

    Employers Assessment
The good thingsThe good thing for CKI is we have experienced continous training and development, fast merit increase and all department work as team. The management is very supportive for the growth of people. The president is hands on in terms of project problem and giving solution. The president is well capable to handle the organization for the success of the company.
The challengesDifficulties I have encountered is on the culture of workers since my experience for 10 years abroad was a big challenge for me to adopt again the system and work behavior in phils. In phils. you have to be more flexible and to meet your objectives you have make it sure that you can monitor well, Time Cost & Quality.
