Thankful with the collaborative environment that I have experienced.
The good thingsDigital Marketing Philippines became my home for almost three years. If I will be given a chance in the future to work remotely again, I would always go back to this company as they value a work-life balance culture. Additionally, I'm happy because the whole team are consistent with the goals and vision, which motivates us to perform at our best. With reliable management, I am thankful with all the learnings, opportunities, and encouragements that my former bosses had given me. I genuinely appreciate how DMP helped me in a lot of matters, not only in work but also with my personal problems. All in all, I am blessed with the growth that I have achieved both as an SEO content writer and a person.
The challengesIt's challenging to have an average wage in the middle of going back to normal after the pandemic, given with the current inflation rate in the country.

The challengesThe management. They don't invest in their employees to learn and acquire more skills.
