Overall, I'd love to work with them again and hopefully this time as co-workers.
The good thingsThe CAAP Family is very friendly and patient with us interns. I love how every employee interacts with us, be it within or outside the CAAP company.
The challengesThe most challenging part of my internship was able to witness an emergency within the airport. It was my first time again witnessing such a scene after 8 years, ever since my late grandfather died.

The challenging goal working in the government
The good thingsAs far as i know, this company done a great job and great goal this year,we lifted our category rating from category 2 to category 1. this means that all Philippine flights are safe, and we also pass the European Union ban from our Europe flights. We are now free to fly directly to US and Europe because of these passing the rating of European Union.
The challengesThe challenging part is on how to deal with different government agencies, airline companies and other aviation companies in complying in our requirements. Some aviation agencies are not complying their requirements on time, so that we need to follow-up everyday the status of their compliance.
