    • Teller duties consist of maintaining proper cash limits, cashing checks, accepting deposits, issuing cashier’s checks, cash advances, wire transfers, transfer of funds, and paying/ receiving large amounts of currency/ coin. • New Accounts duties opening and closing accounts, cross-selling and consultative sales of financial products, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of banking services and products.
    The good thingsi really enjoy interacting with different customers and I particularly enjoyed working in a team environment and learned a lot by collaborating them.
    The challengesOnly basic problem for example back ache, we all have to work by sitting all the day.

    The good thingsThe management is good. Your immediate supervisor is very knowledgeable in their work. All my workmate & supervisor are very hardworking.

    It is good for a newlygraduate.
    The good thingsThe company is well established and highly recommended for all newly graduated applicants that want to experience how the banking industries is all about. You may say it is well enough for an applicant who wants to established himself or herself in banking industries and a stepping stone for a better future of their career. For the salary, i may say that it is still far from what other and big bank can offer but the experience will ensure you that you will have the best gauge in your future career. The management is doing its best to ensure that all the benefits that the company can offer is well taken cared off. The employees are very much competitive and there are lots of them that aiming for higher heights.
    The challengesThe challenges that you will encounter is how you will cope up with the competitiveness of each employees. The work load is not that tough compare to other banks but you will need to be detailed in every aspect of your work.You need to prepare yourself for so many stress that will come to you but definitely will also help you to be tough and compose.

    The good thingsThe work was challenging for I was assigned to the oldest branch the voluminous transactions were overwhelmed whereas you will learn most of the services and work area. It has its 14th Month Pay. Sister companies are well-known businesses in the country.
    The challengesMuch better if they would increase the salary for those employees that are assigned to the big branches with many transactions. Renovate the facilities so that the employee can work conveniently and be proud that he/she is a bank employee. Bank employee has good ethics.

Gossiping is a more powerful source of information than the more professionalized form of gathering information, thus resulting to insecure feelings.
