    The good thingsThe company has a good vision to elevate the financial capabilities of their target market.
    The challengesWhile the company aims for a great transformation in line with the strategy of Aboitiz group, the company's culture is not set up to achieve that goal. The culture needs to be fixed first to enable growth and transformation.

    Toxic work environment and a lot of politics inside and culture is very filipino micromanaging rude business unit/stakeholders and management
    The good thingsThe only good thing I can say is I had a great colleagues within our department the rest are bad experience
    The challenges1. No work life balance 2. Micromanaging starting from the upper management 3. Politics culture 4. Disrespectful business units/stakeholder within the bank 5. Poor HR Onboarding Assistance/Orientation 6. Toxic culture 7. Workload is overwhelming, like 4 multiple hats in 1 employee 8. No proper Knowledge Transfer for new hire employees 9. Salary is not competitive enough in the market

    The good thingsThey provide you with the training that you need for your role and the benefits are good. It's just that it's time for me to move on from here.
    The challengesThe main challenge for me is coordinating with my team since the company has two offices. Although you have the power of internet it's still better to coordinate if you and the team are on the same office.
