    Great place to start your career and acquire experience
    The good thingsGood Officer in Charge, office mates are working very well and works well with others. No issues and always get things done as advised by the OIC. Schedule is not loaded and you don't feel the stress. Also seeing the informal settlers starting a new life is fulfilling.
    The challengesSometimes clients are not cooperative and you need to speak with them many times just to make them accept the relocation offer.

    I learned a lot but the head in our office is terrible.

    The challengesI had two bosses (1 was a former head and the other 1 was our head. I need to do jobs for both of them. My workloads is not appropriate to my compensation. It's terrible!

    This job is really awesome. We are helping people by monitoring their safety as a Bantay Bayan Volunteer. Our duty is only once a week and it is a stress-free environment.

    worth the years
    The good thingsThe fact that id worked here for 5 yrs. I had made a lot of friends and id also learned a lot both as a person and professionally.
    The challengesI can say that it would be more different if there is a firm job distribution among the staff. Thus was also one of the rrasons i resigned from my job even though i enjoy the environment sometimes i feel that there is lack of fairness amongst the staff.
