It is character molding and challenging.The good thingsMy network of friends increased and i knkw the protocol on government operations. Such knowledge put me in a position where I can easily adjust to differences in management. I have learned about how important public service is and how much effort and sacrifice it demands from me. I love my job so nothing is hard, i consider everything I encounter as a challenge and a learning point for future career endeavors.
The challengesMy skills were no well compensated and promotion is very slim. Also, multi tasking and delays in previous employees affect services I offered.
