    The good thingsAcceptable Salary, Security in times of Pandemic, Great and Comfortable Workplace and Benefits.
    The challengesThe most challenging is the coworkers, you don't get to pick your coworkers which is kind of too bad, considering the huge impact that they can have on your working. But i thank God for being a listener to all my rants and emotional stress i can still survive.

    Good company to start a life with if your goal is to stay in the Government.
    The good thingsGives employees time to learn new things. A good environment to work with. My job is full of challenges but thanks for it I became much better. Working in the Government do have a lot of benefits such as enjoying faster Government transactions. Also City Government of Makati thru Civil Service Commission gives great benefits monetarily.
    The challengesNo HMO. Technology is still not on par with the latest trends. Paperless policy is still in infancy. Bureaucratic and political squabbling impede improvement and better employee retention.

    The good thingsCity government of Makati provides almost everything to its constituents..medical and hospital,educational,from elementary to tertiary,free movies for senior citizen's to any movie theater within makati everyday,cash incentives and a lot more benefits. As a government employee,we don't need to expect high salary,it is not always about money,for me it is in your heart to love your job and to serve.
    The challengesThe City government of Makati has enough fund to continuously serve its constituents, but there are many controversies about it,but we are doing our best and focus in serving the people of makati. Central business District located in Ayala is doing good and it helps a lot in our funding through it's taxes. Hope that we overcome the challenges we are facing today.
