    The good thingsThe good thing is that, if you are a casual employee or higher, you'll be able to have 13th and 14th month pay, with Uniform allowance and bonuses and performance rating bonuses.
    The challengesIf you're a fresh graduate, i suggest working here for atleast a year, save up and pursue your dreams, Working in the government is not suitable for young people like you, unless you can find opportunities or anything that is related to your field, then it's cool.

    The good thingsThe memorable things to have experiences and more challenging as admin staff of Cebu City Government. there is the best way to service for people of what having problem and to give facilitate with them or to assist to needed people. they will give prosperity and loyalty a good condition as part of our company to be honest to service to people and make good things to happen.
    The challengesMaybe there is something else that they dont know understand the instruction but we dont give to instruct with them. keep positive and smile at anytime you want.
