i learned a lot for my jobThe good thingsi enjoy the benefits that given of my company especially the sock of rice,and the health card for every employee and the family.and the complete sss and philhealth for the hospitalization of employee.and the most the company have a policy safety first even a small injury happen they report immediately for the superior.
The challengesthe challenges working here is to communicate to other superior,for me the management and the other superior is willing to listen and communicate to other employee,and other challenge i'd experience sometimes the other employee they not understand what work they given to us being a quality auditor they get mad when i get some audit findings to them. and were facing some quality issue, we are the one facing for the quality assurance to discuss what happen and given them assurance for the quality.
