The good thingsI had the privilege of working with exceptional individuals who not only inspired me but also challenged me to think outside the box. My co-workers were like a second family to me, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer guidance when needed. Similarly, my immediate heads(Ms.P, Mr.J, Mr.A, Mr.A) were supportive mentors who provided constructive feedback and encouraged me to push my boundaries.
The challengesChallenges with Management:
Despite the positive experiences I had with my co-workers and immediate heads, I faced significant challenges with the management team. The constant scrutiny, nitpicking, and interference in my work processes created a stifling atmosphere that hindered my creativity and productivity. The MICROMANAGEMENT style adopted by the management made it challenging for me to perform at my best and stifled my potential.
