    The good thingsGroup Leaders on the production are all supportive. They will treat you like a family. Very nice working environment. For freshers, its a good start.
    The challengesNo work-life balance. You need to work OT pay/Sunday work a lot. (Production Side). Technical trainings for engrs are lacking.

    The good thingsProvide opportunity for growth and the environment is not that stressful. Very Accommodating and Friendly co-workers.
    The challengesThe working schedule. Sometimes you have to until Sunday (for production side).
