    The challengesI FIND CHALLENGING IN MY WORK WHEN IT COMES TO TO HANDLE THE OVER ALL DEPARTMENT OF STORE, YOU NEED TO KNOW DEEPLY THE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR OF YOUR WORKLOAD SO THAT YOU CAN EASILY MANAGE HANDLE THE OPERATION SMOOTHLY.

    The good thingsThe training is good however it takes 6-8 months before you will be confirmed for the status of your employment. The management is so strict in terms of massive training. All kinds of job will be handled by you from rank and file.
    The challengesThey will assigned you in a certain branch of assignment far from your families. Upon training, they will not pay your food and transportation. Only accommodation is free.
