    My experience at Cirtek Electronics Corporation involved easy work with helpful colleagues, but limited guidance from my supervisor, along with issues in the canteen and paid shuttle services.
    The good thingsI worked there for 1 year. The work itself is easy, and some technicians are willing to teach you.
    The challengesHowever, when it comes to my supervisor, they didn’t provide guidance. The benefits are okay, but the worst part of the company is that the canteen water has a fee, and sometimes, your packed lunch gets stolen. The canteen staff doesn’t seem to care, and the shuttle service also has a fee.

    I was able to do multi tasking,encoding, filing of documents etc, and had good relationship with co workers.
    The good thingsI've been a computer literate and managed graveyard schedule. I enjoyed during Christmas seasons because of giving tokens from co workers and also the company outings. Also I build true friendship that I will keep forever.
    The challengesThe salary because it is very low in giving an increase and when do over time sometimes did not paid and give some benefits that employees must get.

    Learning vs. Salary
    The good thingsI was able to blend-in immediately in the working environment therefore It is much easier for me to understand the company's point-of-view on how to deal with the employee's needs and wants. My manager has been supportive and shows appreciation in all my hardworks and shared knowledge to the the organization.
    The challengesThe management has some concerns in dealing with changes. And i find it hard to justify things that are not usually pratice or implemented. To add, the management also make some changes in the organization that gives confusion to people, example of which is, transferring or creating new position to be able to immmediately close or deal with the encountered to problem.
