    Not perfect but better work environment than my previous work
    The good thingsThe management is concern with its employees yet I understand that they need to prioritize things specially in this pandemic situation wherein they are also affected. We are being taken care of and I can see that the company is trying to get back on its feet again. They are trying their best not to let go of employees and they are helping us to survive and put food on our table. We have temporary lost our benefits beyond mandated government but it is okay because they promised that they will return those benefits again the soonest time possible. Overall the company is great for me and people are nice.
    The challengesChallenges is you have to do multi-tasking and you should be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

    I was assigned as a developer to improve their optical character recognition system.
    The good thingsMy supervisor was cordial and very approachable. I was not put under pressure yet I learned a lot during my internship.
    The challengesThe biggest challenge for me was working for nine hours, as well as working beyond our school's set number of hours for internship.

    Working at CSI is a great experience
    The good thingsGood bosses here, they provide benefits beyond government-mandated, they provide professional and personal enhancement to their employees, they practice unity there and all employees are nice people. The company continuously improve their system and policy and if you are performing well, the management will notice that and you will be surprised of what they can reward you for that. You must prove yourself first of course.
    The challengesYou have to be flexible and must have a passion for learning if you work here. You must also have a positive outlook because if you see everything as negative you will never be happy working there. The only big challenge you will face here is doing your job the best way you can and as accurate as possible. The company does not accept mediocre work and your performance must show that you deserve to be rewarded.

    The environment is okay, the work I do here most of the time were answering calls, ms office, checking emails, paper works, going to the warehouse at the 3rd flr of the same bldg. and sometimes my supevisor lets me come with him in site visits.

    The challengesNothing much, but my supervisor at that time is not really organized.
